Beginning and end
I love artistic pieces that use type and lettering. So I ventured and looked for a sentiment that I wanted to „illustrate“. Having a background in ancient greek language, the expression „alpha kai omega“ came to mind and my – not so christian – interpretation of it. So I started drawing letterforms and eventually physically produced it as a black woodcut mounted on a textured white solid woodplate.
